An updated version of fried chicken to be precise. The laidback spot takes over Slims Diner space and will eventually seat around 60 between the retro-chic dining. Federalist Pig pitmaster Rob Sonderman is busy developing a menu for Honeymoon Chicken which will replace Slim.
