For the week starting May 13 Maddows show averaged just 23 million viewers with an average audience of 337000 in the coveted 25-54 age demographic. Maddow the most popular host on the openly anti-Trump network MSNBC spent much of the last two years cheering on special counsel Robert Muellers investigation into Russias interference in the presidential election and claiming that it would prove that Trump colluded.
