The Everbridge Mobile App is a free opt-in personal safety app for any member. MobilePatrol connects you to important safety information news and critical alerts for places you care about. You can always tap the search box at the top of the screen in Settings and type Emergency Alerts There you can choose which alerts you want to receive from AMBER Alerts Public Safety Alerts or Severe Weather Alerts.
Go to Settings Notifications.
Depending on the type of Android you have the steps could look a little different. Disabling the AMBER alerts option will stop notifications when a child is missing or an elderly person wanders off. Open Settings then tap on Apps Notifications Select Advanced then Emergency Alerts to turn off AMBER Alerts Extreme Threat alerts and Severe Threat alerts.
